As someone who has managed food allergies for nearly a decade, worked Hospitality in America’s Finest city, & has built a life with my Executive Chef Husband, I have a unique insider’s look at places that embody the heart of Hospitality & true Allergy awareness.

The key to being able to adventure with allergies, is to visit spots that already have a system in place to welcome us.

Many times, it can feel our local community is small- & I want individuals to feel they are not alone, their concerns are valid.

I’ve come across some that claim to be Allergy focused, but when using, found out they were more of a generalized search engine for businesses-NOT places that do it well/right.

Here, I am focused on the EXPERIENCE and will only include places I have frequented.
